Healthier Mindset Using Simple CBT Tools - We will look at ways you can help encourage clients towards a healthier mindset using very simple mindfulness and CBT approaches. These sessions include student partnering up with another student to practice on each other.
Relationship Analysis - We will look at Relationship Analysis, designed to help clients become much more aware of healthy and unhealthy relationships. Ways to look at relationships where there may be a huge imbalance of expectation, energy, or demands. These sessions include student partnering up with another student to practice on each other.
Stress At Work - we will look at Stress Risk Assessment and Resilience in the workplace, working remotely at home. Different strategies that can support workplace, and home working stress. Week 2 will be mostly a student practice session where students pair up with another student.
